We make booking your mobile rock chip repair effortless. Here is what to expect:

  4. Get Confirmation: You will receive automated text and email reminders so you are ready for us.

  5. We Come to You: You'll get a text notification when we are on our way, and another when we arrive.

Common Booking Questions

Do I need to pay online to book my appointment?

No. We do not require prepayment. You simply choose your time slot now, and you pay after the repair is completed and you are satisfied with the work. We accept cash, card, and Venmo.

How long will the repair take?

Most rock chip repairs are completed in about 20 to 30 minutes. Cracked windshield repairs may take slightly longer (45-60 minutes). You can go back to work or relax inside your home while we take care of your vehicle.

What if it rains or snows on the day of my appointment?

Because we are a mobile service, weather plays a big role. If it is raining or snowing, repairs cannot be performed properly outdoors. We monitor the weather closely and will contact you to reschedule for the earliest possible dry slot if needed. (If you have a garage available, we can often still perform the repair!)

Do I need to be present for the repair?

Ideally, yes, so we can get the keys and payment. However, if you cannot be there, we can perform the repair as long as the vehicle is unlocked or we have access to the windshield, and payment is arranged beforehand. Please let us know in the "Notes" section when booking.

How should I prepare my car for the appointment?

We just need a little space to work around the vehicle. If possible, park your car in a shaded area (especially in summer), as the windshield resin cures best when the glass isn't scorching hot.
