Do you charge a travel fee to come to my house? Generally, no. We do not charge any travel fees for our core service areas, which include South Salt Lake, Sugar House, Murray, Holladay, and Downtown Salt Lake City. However, to keep our repair prices affordable, we do apply a small trip charge for locations further out, such as Sandy, Park City, or West Valley/Taylorsville areas west of 2700 West. Please call or text us if you are unsure about your location.
Which cities do you currently service? We are based in South Salt Lake and service the majority of the east side of the valley. This includes Salt Lake City, The Avenues, Millcreek, Holladay, Murray, and parts of Taylorsville and West Valley City.
Do you go to downtown Salt Lake City? Yes, we service downtown Salt Lake City regularly. We can meet you at your parking garage or office building, though we do require a safe and legal spot to park our service vehicle nearby.
Can you fix my windshield while I am at work? Absolutely. This is our most popular service. As long as your vehicle is unlocked or you can meet us to hand off the keys, we can perform the rock chip repair in your office parking lot while you finish your shift.
Do I need to be there while you do the repair? It is preferred but not strictly required. If you can unlock the car remotely or leave it accessible, we can perform the repair and take payment over the phone. We text you before we arrive and after we finish.
Can you work in an apartment complex or parking garage? Yes. Mobile rock chip repair is very low-profile. We can work in apartment carports, underground parking structures (with adequate light), or driveway areas. We just need enough space to open our doors and access your windshield.
What if it is raining or snowing in Salt Lake? Windshield resin requires a dry surface to cure properly. If you have a garage or covered carport, we can still come to you in rain or snow. If you are parked on the street uncovered, we may need to wait for a dry weather window.
How far east do you travel (Park City/Canyons)? Our primary zone is the Salt Lake Valley floor. While we cover the East Bench and Canyon Rim areas extensively, we typically do not travel up Parleys Canyon to Park City or deep into Big Cottonwood Canyon for single repairs.
How quickly can you get to me? We pride ourselves on fast response times. In many cases, we can offer same-day or next-day service, especially if you are in our core neighborhoods like Sugar House or South Salt Lake.
